A menu QR code with no surprises
The usual story: a restaurant makes a “free” QR code, prints it on every table, and two weeks later guests see an ad or a message saying “this code has expired, please subscribe”. Here the code goes straight to your menu and cannot expire.
How to set it up
- Put your menu online: on your website, as a PDF in Google Drive (shared as “Anyone with the link”) or on a menu platform.
- Copy the link and paste it into the generator above.
- Add your logo in the center and use your brand colors.
- Test with two or three different phones, then print.
Tip: use a link that never changes
Menus change, table cards stay. So point the code at an address that always shows the current menu, like yoursite.com/menu, not at a specific file such as “menu-march-2026.pdf”. On Google Drive, update the same file (“Manage versions”) instead of uploading a new one.
If you want to change the link without reprinting and see how many times the code was scanned, that is what a dynamic code does.
Table card size
About 3 × 3 cm (1.2 in) works well on a table stand or sticker. Add a short line under the code, like “Scan for the menu”. Not everyone figures it out on their own.
