Dial with one scan
The code holds your number in a dialable format. When scanned, the phone shows the number and a “Call” button. Nobody has to copy digits from a sign or the back of a van.
Where it is used
- “For sale” and “For rent” signs on properties and cars.
- Company vehicles: taxis, repairs, deliveries, plumbing.
- Flyers and shop windows for phone orders.
- Pet tags and luggage tags, so whoever finds them can call you.
Number format
Include the country code: +1 555 123 4567 or +44 20 7946 0000. That way it works from foreign SIM cards too. Spaces and dashes are fine, the generator removes them.
For a sign read from across the street, the code needs to be big: roughly 10 cm per meter of distance (about 1 in per 3 ft). For that kind of print, download SVG, PDF or EPS (free) so it stays sharp at any size.
